Future Plans
Connecting People, Sharing Stories, and Building Pathways to a Safe Future
Hope Without Borders Network (HWBN) was founded on a simple but powerful belief: people who have been displaced should not have to face the future alone.
Many Iranian families and young people who have left Iran find themselves separated from their communities and culture. HWBN's mission is to connect these displaced individuals and families with people who care and are willing to help.
One of HWBN's greatest strengths is its Network of Expertise—a growing community of professionals, volunteers, advocates, and individuals with lived experience.
Together, this network represents more than 100 years of combined professional, humanitarian, advocacy, and lived experience related to displacement, persecution, human rights, community support, and rebuilding lives after hardship.
From Isolation to Connection
Our primary 2027 priority will be to build stronger connections between displaced Iranian families and youth and individuals, professionals, volunteers, and communities willing to help.
Objective: Reduce isolation by creating meaningful human and professional connections.
More Than 100 Years of Collective Experience
Throughout 2027, HWBN plans to organize multiple virtual meetings, workshops, and educational sessions where professionals can share their knowledge directly with displaced individuals.
Objective: Make HWBN's collective expertise accessible to displaced individuals everywhere.
Their Stories Should Be Heard
HWBN will work to help individuals tell their stories in responsible and respectful ways, reaching people who care and may be able to help.
Objective: Increase public understanding and connect stories with supportive audiences.
Bringing Their Stories Into Public Spaces
In 2027, HWBN plans to organize a series of photo exhibitions and public awareness events, including major exhibitions in Washington, DC and New York City.
Objective: Use art and photography to inspire understanding and action.
Building Community While People Wait
HWBN plans to organize small and large community activities, discussion groups, and training classes to help participants maintain connections and learn new skills.
Objective: Create a supportive community so families can remain connected and engaged.
Information, Awareness & Responsible Referrals
Through educational programs and professional networks, HWBN will help individuals learn about lawful pathways and connect with qualified organizations.
Objective: Connect displaced individuals with qualified resources for a safer future.
Connect displaced families and youth with professionals, volunteers, communities, and people who care.
Share knowledge, expertise, educational resources, and reliable information.
Help individuals tell their stories and reach people who may be able to help.
Create opportunities for education, skills development, resilience, and greater independence.
For HWBN, success is not measured only by the amount of money raised or the number of services delivered. Success means creating connections that did not exist before.
Your support helps HWBN build the connections, programs, and opportunities that displaced families and youth need. Together, we can make isolation visible, stories heard, and connections possible.
